Introduction
Welcome to our blog site 'The City of Knowledge'. This blog site is grounded on Law, Education, Literature, Research, Health & mindfulness and Information. An anthology who's looking for knowledge and information will be happy with our blog site which we've arranged for them including necessary and applicable data.
Short Discussion
‘Education’ is one of the most important main orders of our blog site ‘The City of Knowledge’. Our blog site comes into actuality around this order. The purpose of this blog site lies largely within this order. For the convenience of beautiful donation and layout, the papers of this order have been substantially fitted into three sub-categories. Which are presented below in turn.
1. Academic Studies:
‘Academic’ is one of the sub-categories of the education section of our web page ‘The City of Knowledge’. Under this sub-category, we have written articles based on the textbooks of various classes of conventional formal education in Bangladesh. To make it easier for readers to find information and to facilitate the organization of our articles, we have organized the articles of this sub-category into four levels. For example-
(i) Dakhil (Secondary) Level: Under this sub-category, we have written articles based on various textbooks from class six to class ten. Any student of secondary level will find many articles based on hand notes through this sub-category of our web page.
(ii) Alim
(Intermediate) Level:
Under this sub-category, we have written articles in the light of various
textbooks for the Alim class under the Madrasa education system. Any student of
higher secondary or intermediate level will find many articles in the light of
hand notes through this sub-category of our web page.
(iii) Fazil (Degree) Level: Under this sub-category, we have
written articles in the light of various textbooks of Fazil class under Madrasa
education system. Any student of Fazil (Graduate and Honors) level will get
many articles in the light of hand notes through this sub-category of our web
page.
(iv) Kamil (Masters) Level: Under this sub-category, we have written articles in the light of various textbooks of Kamil class in the light of Madrasa education system under Islamic Arabic University. Any student of Kamil (Postgraduate and Masters) level will get many articles in the light of hand notes through this sub-category of our web page.
2. Legal Studies:
'Legal Studies' is one of the sub-categories of the ‘Education’ section of our web page ‘The City of Knowledge’. For the convenience of organizing the articles written under this sub-category, we have divided it mainly into two co-sub-categories. Which are presented sequentially below-
A. Bar Council:
‘Bar Council’ is an important co-sub-category of the `Legal Studies' under Education section of our web page ‘The City of Knowledge’. It is very relevant for Bar Council certificate candidates of Bangladesh. We have organized the articles written under this category into several co-sub-categories according to the Bar Council syllabus and curriculum prepared by Bangladesh Bar Council. Which are highlighted below in a phased manner-
(i) Syllabus of Bar Council: In the first row of the co-sub-category under 'Bar Council', we have placed the Syllabus prepared by Bangladesh Bar Council for Bar Council certificate aspirants. Through which the reader can first select the books he needs.
(ii) The Evidence Act-1972: In the second row of the co-sub-category of ‘Bar Council’, we have placed ‘The Evidence Act-1972’. This is an essential law for civil and criminal cases. Without it, no trial can be fair, and it is an important textbook for Bar Council certificate candidates.
(iii) Civil
Procedure Code-1908: In the third row of the
co-sub-category of ‘Bar Council’, we have placed ‘Civil Procedure
Code-1908’. This is a law relevant to the conduct of civil cases. Without
it, the trial of any civil case cannot be fair, and it is an important textbook
for Bar Council certificate candidates.
(iv) Criminal Procedure Code-1898: In the fourth row of the
co-sub-category of ‘Bar Council’, we have placed ‘Criminal Procedure
Code-1898’. This is a law relevant to the conduct of criminal cases.
Without it, no criminal case can be tried properly, and it is also an important
textbook for Bar Council certificate candidates.
(v) Penal Code-1860: In the fifth row of the co-sub-category of ‘Bar
Council’ we have placed ‘Penal Code 1860’. This is an act related to
the punishment of the offender in the conduct of criminal cases. Without it, it
is not possible to give punishment in any criminal case and it is also an
important textbook for Bar Council Certificate candidates.
(vi) Specific Relief Act-1877: In the sixth row of the co-sub-category of ‘Bar Council’ we have placed ‘Specific Relief Act-1877’. This is an Act related to the conduct of civil cases. Without it, it is not possible to conduct adjudication of certain specific cases, and it is also an important textbook for Bar Council Certificate candidates.
(vii) The Limitation Act-1908: In the seventh row of the co-sub-category of ‘Bar Council’ we have placed ‘The Limitation Act-1908’. This is an act related to the conduct of civil and criminal cases. Apart from this, it is not possible to determine whether a case has been filed in the court within its prescribed time or not and this is an important textbook for Bar Council Certificate candidates.
(viii) Bar Council Order-1972: In the eighth row of the co-sub-category of ‘Bar Council’, we have placed the ‘Bar Council Order-1872’. This is an act containing the rules and regulations for the management of the Bar Council and the issuance of certificates to Bar Council certificate candidates and the rules of conduct for lawyers. This is also an important textbook for Bar Council certificate candidates.
(ix) MCQ for Bar Council Exam: We have placed ‘MCQ for Bar Council Exam’ in the ninth row of the co-sub-category of ‘Bar Council’. This is an important co-sub-category for the assessment of the merit of Bar Council certificate candidates. Therefore, this is also an important part for the study of Bar Council certificate candidates.
