2. Content Description:

‘Judiciary’ is an important sub-section of ‘Legal Studies’ designed under the Education section of our website ‘City of Knowledge’. Under this section we have written relevant articles for the candidates of Judicial Magistrate and Assistant Judge prepared by ‘Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission’. However, due to some circumstantial constraints, we have avoided detailed discussion-based articles on all the textbooks included in the syllabus of Judiciary. However, we have written preliminary articles on the syllabus and all the selected topics for the candidates of Judge and have arranged all the articles written under this sub-section into three sub-sections. For example:

(i) Curriculum of Judiciary: In the first row of sub-sections under ‘Judiciary’, we have placed the syllabus prepared by Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission for the candidates of Judicial Magistrate and Assistant Judge. Through which candidates can first select their required books.

(ii) Subjects by Syllabus: In the second row of sub-section under 'Judiciary', we have placed the subject list of all the textbooks as per the syllabus prepared by Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission for the candidates of Judicial Magistrate and Assistant Judge posts. Through which candidates can first select the subjects as per the syllabus for their convenience.

(iii) MCQs for Judiciary: We have placed 'MCQs for Judiciary Exam' in the third row of sub-section of 'Judiciary'. This is an important sub-section for evaluating the qualifications of the candidates of Judicial Magistrate and Assistant Judge posts. Therefore, it is also an important part for the study of judicial candidates.
